As part of her championing for Agricultural Markets that Favour Africa, Fostina is urging Africans to enroll in the skills reposition program, that is aims to serve farmers, traders, women in agribusiness and youthful (youth, mature, and retired) professionals in helping them discover what resources they have and how they can use those resources to strategically position themselves to earn more money for themselves using what they have.
